All packages go out via royal mail recorded service within the UK and standard royal mail overseas, item/s coming from 3rd party suppliers and getting shipped directly to the customer the suppliers delivery policy will come into force.
Shipping within the UK is 2-5 working days, Europe 5-7 working days and the rest of the world, 10-14 working days.
Personalised Items
Delivery of personalised blankets takes up 3-5 working days, all other personalised items can take up to 12-14 days but we will try to get them out before this.
Shipping Cost
UK shipping starts at only £3.95, Europe and the rest of the world will vary for most small items larger items will have an individual surcharge that will be clearly displayed after you have opened an account.
Missing or Lost Items
Remember, the item is not classified as ‘lost’ until it has been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery™ item, the period is 10 days, for an international item, it is 30 days. After these periods you can submit a claim to us at jellybabys.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives, You can choose to have a refund or exchange. plus we will refund your postage and packaging.
Cooling off period - You have the right to return the product within 7 days and receive a full refund including your postage, this starts when you receive the product from us, unfortunately we will not be able to pay the return postage.
Returned products that are not faulty must be in a unused condition and in their original packaging, have the invoice that we email you and returned within 28 days, we will refund the cost of the item/s but unfortunately not the postage and packing.

Redeeming Your Gift Certificate
When you check out at Jellybabys website, you'll be given the option to use your Gift Certificate to reduce the amount due on the invoice.
Terms & Conditions
* To prevent fraud, We will verify the payment for your Gift Certificate before it can be for used. We do, however, normally activate Online Gift Certificate within 24 hours.
* Gift Cards can be used only for the purchase of products and services through Jellybabys website, and they cannot be used to purchase other gift certificates.
* Gift Cards are valid for one year from the date they are issued and expire automatically at the end of that one-year period.
* If there is any amount due on an order that exceeds the available balance on your Gift Certificate, you must pay that excess amount by another accepted form of payment.
* Gift certificates are not redeemable for cash and cannot be returned for a refund.
