Delivery

All packages go out via royal mail recorded service within the UK and standard royal mail overseas, item/s coming from 3rd party suppliers and getting shipped directly to the customer the suppliers delivery policy will come into force.

Shipping within the UK is 2-5 working days, Europe 5-7 working days and the rest of the world, 10-14 working days.

Personalised Items

Delivery of personalised blankets takes up 3-5 working days, all other personalised items can take up to 12-14 days but we will try to get them out before this.

Shipping Cost

UK shipping starts at only £2.95, Europe and the rest of the world £5.95 for most small items larger items will have an individual surcharge that will be clearly displayed after you have opened an account.

Missing or Lost Items

Remember, the item is not classified as ‘lost’ until it has been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery™ item, the period is 10 days, for an international item, it is 30 days. After these periods you can submit a claim to us at jellybabys.
