Can I Cancel My Order
With most orders you can contact us in a timely manner and we will endeavour to stop you items going out, but unfortunately, since all orders are processed immediately after a certain time we will be unable to stop your shipment. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.

How Secure Is My Personal Information
With identify theft becoming one of the fastest growing crimes; we know how difficult it is for consumers to provide personal information over the internet.

The truth is, internet transactions are much safer than when you use your credit card at the local store. Your personal information is protected using a SSL (secure sockets layer), which basically encrypts all your data as it travels from your computer to ours.

How do you know your information is being protected? If you at a page that is requesting you enter any sort of personal information, you should see a little lock in the lower right hand corner of your internet browser(your browser might be different).

How Can I Pay For My Order
We gladly accept most credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Switch.

We charge your credit card once the order is processed. All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. For your protection, credit card orders shipped to an address other than your billing address may require additional verification.

We can also accept purchase orders, Once we have received your purchase order we can shipping the order.

Can I Return The Merchandise
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives. Returned products must be unworn, returned within 28 days, P&P will only be returned if the product is faulty or damaged. You can choose to have a refund or exchange.

Customer Enquiries Via Email Response Time
We will respond to all email enquiries within 1 working day where possible, and if for some unforeseen reason we can not reply within 1 working day, we will respond in a timely manner.

What Is CVV2 (Card Verification Value)
Visa, MasterCard, JCB, Switch and Solo cards have CVV2 and CVC2 security codes that are 3 digits in length, and they are located on the back of the card and are the last 3 digits, Mastercard has 4 digits on the front of the card. Please see our CVV page for more details.

Missing Or Lost Items
The item/s is not classified as ‘lost’ until it has been missing for 15 working days. For a Special Delivery™ item, the period is 10 days, for an international item, it is 30 days. After these periods you can submit a claim to us at jellybabys. Above are the rules set out by royal mail, but in the meantime we will go out of our way to help trace your package/s where possible.
