For apple and prune:
You will need 2 large apples (400g) / 1/3 cup (55g) seeded prunes. Apple: peel, core,slice thinly. Prunes: chop coarsely. Cooking time: 15 mins. 1/4 cup water.
1 Combine apple, prune and the water in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, until apple and prune are tender.
2 Blend, process or mash apple mixture until desired consistency. Give your baby as much fruit mash as desired.

For blueberry:
You will need Blueberry (300g). Chop coarsely. Cooking time: 5 mins. 2 tablespoons water.
1 Combine blueberries and the water in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until softened.
2 Push blueberries through sieve in small bowl. Give your child as much fruit mash as desired.

For strawberry:
You will need strawberries (375g). Chop coarsely. Cooking time: 5 mins. 1/4 cup apple juice.
1 Combine strawberries and juice in medium saucepan; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, until softened.
2 Push strawberries through sieve in small bowl. Give your child as much fruit mash as desired.

For peach / apricot:
You will need peach and apricot (425g)can, drained.
1 Blend, process or mash fruit (and liquid) until desired consistency. Give your child as much fruit mash as desired.


TIP Freeze any unused mash in 1-tablespoon batches in ice-cube trays, covered, for up to 1 month.
