Returns & Refunds

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If the merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us immediately after your package arrives, You can choose to have a refund or exchange. plus we will refund your postage and packaging.

Cooling off period - You have the right to return the product within 7 days and receive a full refund including your postage, this starts when you receive the product from us, unfortunately we will not be able to pay the return postage.

Returned products that are not faulty must be in a unused condition and in their original packaging, have the invoice that we email you and returned within 28 days, we will refund the cost of the item/s but unfortunately not the postage and packing.

YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS ARE NOT AFFECTED
